• Visa application guidance
• Pre-departure briefings
• Lifelong membership benefits including career support and networking opportunities
• Accommodation

We act as an intermediary between students and educational institutions and do not guarantee admission to any institution.

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all applications
• Meet all deadlines set by us or the institutions
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances
• Ensure all documents submitted are genuine and not falsified
• Pay all applicable fees to institutions and to us as agreed

4. Fees and Payment

Our fee structure will be provided to you in a separate service agreement. Key terms include:

• Consultancy fees are payable as per the agreed schedule
• All university application fees, test fees, and visa fees are the client's responsibility
• We accept payment via cash or bank
• Refund policies are outlined in your specific service agreement

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Scholar Step Ltd, including application documents, guides, and resources, are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

6. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with law and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to us processing your data as necessary to provide our services, including sharing with relevant educational institutions and authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scholar Step Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made by universities or immigration authorities
• Changes in immigration or education policies
• Client-provided inaccurate or incomplete information
• Events beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us for services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Termination fees may apply depending on the stage of service provision. Our lifelong membership benefits may continue after termination of specific consultancy services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. As we operate business worldwide, someone can apply on particular local or international law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
